As we continue our Fixer Upper series to strengthen our marriages and families here at Southside, we take some time to focus on fathers and the idea of families on mission. What should our families look like when they are focused on God's continuing mission for the world?

Church on Sunday mornings at Southside is great! But we can't depend completely on the Sunday service to make healthy disciples who are part of a healthy church family. That is where home groups come in! Home groups are a vital part of making disciples because they include relationships. This Sunday we'll see how true transformation happens within the context of our relationships and hear first-hand from people in Pastor John's home group.

Join us as we continue our Fixer Upper Family Series by honoring our 2017 graduates. JR Lindsay from Crossroads has been working with our youth in RUSH and will be sharing some encouragement for our graduates as they embark on the next chapter of their lives.

As we celebrate Memorial Day weekend with picnics, parades and family reunions, we want to honor and thank all who sacrificed to give us freedom in this great country.

Sundays are kind of like family reunions - a gathering of the family of God! We'll take a closer look at what characteristics make up the sons and daughters of the Lord Almighty, and discover how you can become a part of God's family.
